Racing Livery was founded by Motorsport enthusiast and graphic designer Rob Baker. From a young age we began designing cars and liveries. The big jump from sketchbooks to online came around 2006-08, designing graphics for the once popular BATracer strategy game. We set up and ran a large online community (Robsworkshop) developing new templates and designs for the game. The natural progression from this was to enter the Motorsport market and in 2013 we began designing liveries for actual clients under the guise ‘Motorsport-Designs’. After a couple of years of trading Motorsport-Designs was re-branded Racing Livery.

We are incredibly proud to have such an involvement in the sport we love, attending race meetings and visiting clients throughout the season. Our liveries have raced around the world at Lemans, Daytona, Monza and Silverstone. These cars been driven and tested by Formula 1/2 champions such as Fernando Alonso and Lando Norris. Each year we are involved in an increasing number of projects with little or no advertising whatsoever. We strive to exceed client’s expectations and leave a lasting impression on the track.

Thank you to everyone along the way.

We offer an extensive range of bespoke services to the Motorsport community.  Primarily focused on vehicular livery design we have designed posters, magazine illustrations, garage walls, helmets, logos, car transporters, vans, websites, stickers, shirts and jackets. Our prices vary depending on the project. We usually work around £20 an hour with varying time scales.

There are a growing number of livery designers and companies out there, including vinyl applicators that offer a design option for an additional fee. These often fall short of the mark and overlook important considerations such as cost and sponsor exposure. We have been asked on numerous occasions to improve and better proposed designs from these companies.
